Land Acknowledgement

IES Calgary acknowledges that we live and work on the traditional territories of Treaty 7: the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai), the Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Stoney Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney). Calgary is also home to Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, and we recognize the enduring connection of the Métis people to this land.
