The Fundamentals of Lighting (FOL)Â course is a comprehensive, in-person learning experience designed to build a strong foundation in the art and science of illumination.
Tailor-made for professionals in lighting design, electrical engineering, architecture, building construction, product support agencies, and lighting distribution, this course is ideal for those with little to no formal lighting education, as well as experienced practitioners who are looking to strengthen their technical knowledge and design confidence.
Over three engaging days, participants will gain practical insights into light sources, luminaires, photometry, codes and standards, and both interior and exterior lighting applications. This course serves as an excellent primer and a valuable career-building refresher, led by industry-recognized instructors.
